conducting and directing all activities within the faculty;
providing subordinate employees with information/plans//objectives concerning the plant and department;
managing the planning of all tasks within the department;
monitoring, supervising and being responsible for all indicators of the department's activities and preparing and submitting reports
ordering, assisting and checking remedies for all problems arising in a given department;
positively motivating faculty employees and creating an environment conducive to teamwork;
supervision and active participation in the implementation of LE within the faculty;
creating development plans for subordinate employees based on periodic assessments and the needs of the plant by setting measurable goals and pro-active evaluation of results;
supervising the update of technical documentation after modernization of machines
lead and actively engage personally in problem solving;
monitoring, control and management of the budget.
planning and organization of work on shifts in consultation with team leaders and in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Labor Law, health and safety, fire protection and environmental protection;
enforcement of work discipline and compliance with procedures by subordinate employees;
stimulating teamwork and individual achievement by delegating authority and responsibility;
others, entrusted by the immediate superior.
implementation of all duties of a member of the Energy Management Team and project team

minimum 3 years of work in maintenance services or production departments
work in an international company from the automotive or manufacturing industry
technical knowledge of the construction and operation of machines
ability to create schedules for machine repairs and services
planning of machine preventive and maintenance work
knowledge of maintenance costs and the ability to supervise them
knowledge of TPM
knowledge about Predictive Maintenance solutions
knowledge about artifact intelligence and possible uses in maintenance
availability of proposal and implemented creative technical solutions to existing technology
knowledge of the principles and philosophy of Lean
knowledge of EAM
ability to perform technical analyses
knowledge of machine diagnostics
knowledge about mechanical processing (e.g. grinding, turning, milling, heat- treatment)
knowledge about fluid management (products, development)
Ability to solve of quality issues;
ability to solve problems;
ability to lead a team (technicians and engineers);
ability to make decisions;
ability to resolve conflicts.
intermediate knowledge of English
ability to travelling in Europe
ability to proposed saving projects (CIMS)
